オープンから5年間、サービス料を頂戴しておりませんでしたが、
食材や流通においての全てが値上がりをしており、長くレストランを運営するにあたり、やむを得ない決断でございます。

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
From January 2027, we will be introducing an 8% service charge.
For the five years since our opening, we have not charged a service fee.
However, with the cost of ingredients, distribution and everything else continuing to rise, this was an unavoidable decision so that we can keep the restaurant running for many years to come.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
