提供期間は 12月3日（水）〜 2月6日（金） でございます。

 

■ 冬のコース内容（全10品）

冬の味覚を凝縮した、趣向の異なる一皿一皿をご用意いたしました。

 

  • 牡蠣と滑らかなジャガイモのヴルーテを合わせた温かい一皿

 

  • 香ばしく焼き上げた白子のパイ包み

 

  • 京都中勢以さんの和牛藁燻しタルタル

 

  • 寒ブリ、黒トリュフを合わせた一皿

 

  • フランス・ブルターニュ産 仔牛のTボーン（メイン）

 

  • 特別な苺を使ったデザート　ほか

 

季節の食材を贅沢に取り入れた、全10品のコースを予定しております。

味わい深い素材が揃うこの季節は、フランス料理の醍醐味を存分にお楽しみいただける時期でございます。

We are pleased to announce our new winter menu.

It will be available from Wednesday, December 3rd to Friday, February 6th.

 

■ Winter Course Contents (10 Courses)

Each dish is uniquely crafted, encapsulating the flavors of winter.

 

  • A warm dish combining oysters and smooth potato velouté

 

  • Savory baked soft roe wrapped in pie

 

  • Nakasei Straw-Smoked Wagyu Beef Tartar Sauce

 

  • A dish combining winter yellowtail and black truffles

 

  • Veal T-bone from Brittany, France (Main Course)

 

  • A dessert featuring special strawberries, and more

 

We are planning a 10-course menu incorporating luxurious seasonal ingredients.

 

This season, with its abundance of flavorful ingredients,is the perfect time to fully enjoy the essence of French cuisine.
