Thank you to our loyal customers.

Our new spring menu will finally begin on Saturday, February 7th.
(Scheduled to end on Friday, April 3rd)

As the winter chill eases, we will be offering dishes that will allow you to feel the bounty of spring.

From our counter kitchen…
Please enjoy the aroma and flavor of seasonal ingredients freshly prepared.

  • Saga Prefecture Oysters “NOZOMI”
  • Anjellée with Watercress
  • Charcoal-Grilled Blowfish Milt Royal with Butterbur
  • ”Tsurikinki” with Burdock Braise
  • Miyazaki Prefecture Guinea Fowl Roast with Anpo Persimmon
  • White Chocolate & Nougat Hormière Cake

A total of 10 dishes are planned.
