入荷が始まり次第白トリュフも登場します。

Reservations for November will open on Tuesday, September 1st.
Our autumn menu will be served from Monday, September 28th through Thursday, December 3rd.
French bone-in lamb takes the main course, alongside seasonal matsutake mushrooms and chestnuts from the mountains and amadai (tilefish) from the sea.
White truffle will also join the menu as soon as it becomes available.
