We will begin accepting reservations for March starting February 1st.

Our new menu, featuring remnants of winter and early spring ingredients,will be available starting Saturday, February 7th.

While the cold weather continues, spring ingredients are gradually becoming more and more available.

From our counter kitchen…
Please enjoy the aroma and flavor of seasonal ingredients freshly prepared.

-Menu de Printemps-

  • Charcoal-grilled pufferfish milt, Royal, and butterbur sprouts
  • Potato soufflé and caviar
  • Ezo venison carpaccio with wild garlic
  • ”Tsurikinki” with Burdock Braise
  • Miyazaki Prefecture guinea fowl roast and Ampo persimmon
  • White chocolate and nougat hormière cake

A total of 10 dishes are planned.
