We are pleased to introduce Naoto.K’s new menu: “Lingering Winter, Budding Spring”.
Period: 18 January 2025 – 20 March 2025 (tentative)
The first dish welcomes you with Hokkaido sea urchin wrapped in a crispy, aromatic puff pastry, perfectly paired with Champagne.
Charcoal-grilled Shimotsuke spring onions, rich in flavour, are served with French Rognon de Veau Meunière.
Gently grilled notsuke scallops from Hokkaido are paired with refreshing kumquat.
For the main course, bone-in veal from France and Italy is roasted and served with mushrooms, apples and cocotte.
For dessert, a stunning cake with an abundance of spring strawberries, topped with pistachios, promises a delicious finish.
The 10-course menu is designed to showcase freshly prepared dishes served directly from the counter.
